Madness is addictive

Generally mad people understand what they are doing so they do not waste time explaining it to others while normal people do not understand what they do so they keep explaining to others. Most often people of last type are very common so they start calling minority *mad*.
But, it's much more fun being mad because ppl stop asking reasons behind whatever you do; so you spend more time doing what you like than explaining that to bunch of people confused about your work. In that sense, madness is more addictive.

When we can not understand someone then we call him genius or sometimes mad so there is very thin line between being mad or genius (that thrills me). Well many mad people have changed to genius (i.e. galileo) but I feel mad people do not change themselves, it's just that so called normal people start understanding their weird actions and start calling them genius. So weirdly talented genius is better word for madness.

Next time I will write abt if being eccentric is gift or curse ??

snapshots of my mind

Today I watched movie "Reservoir Dogs" and it was amazing. amazing timeline and dialogues.
ppl say Quentin tarantino is good in making creative timelines. But i think he actually makes movies in normal timeline and then it reshuffles the clips of movie to make final movie with random timeline. I am so addictive to tarantino's random timeline that I watch all movies in random timeline by starting from end and then skipping and re-watching some sequence.

Optimistic ppl are scared of death because they are very pessimistic about after life.
and
Pessimistic ppl like death because they are more optimistic about after life than present life.

God was created by in confident priests who could not explain themselves as very powerful.
So they created God and then said they are brokers to God.

Madness is addictive:

Useless Thoughts of Trackless Mind

Any guess about such weird title which might make you laugh for a moment.
But actually they are part of real life while I am commuting to office on the tightly packed b'lore roads. Well that's common excuse *got stuck in traffic Jam* I use when I reach late to office. and I can always use it anyday without lying because that's common excuse everybody in b'lore uses (it's like having headache). Sometimes I say *stuck in traffic* while having breakfast :)
Generally ppl use headache excuse because u can not enter inside some one's mind and exactly same applies to *stuck in traffic excuse* because no one can not dare to go and validate excuse on zam packed b'lore roads in morning.

Well going back back to main point "useless arguments" while sitting in cab.
I keep thinking till I get bored by my own ideas and then by then hopefully I reach office and start boring my colleagues with already thought ideas. Well that brings me to most important activity of life *arguing*.

I can not think about any day spent without arguing -- well that's common for all of us. I think arguing is most useful purpose of human brain other than rarely thinking some useful stuff. I think that habit of arguing on useless point is very useful. Because that keeps us occupied and also talking on useful things is so monotonous. I mean there are only very few useful things to do in life -- and we want to talk much more than just small set of useful things. So it's hard to get useful topic to argue and on other hand useless funny topics are very common in our life. And we get good variety of useless topics. My most favorite topic is *life on mars* mostly I can claim anything and there is no way to validate about my arguments about things on mars.

But sometimes I really find it hard to get people to argue so I have developed habit arguing
with myself. And that's most useful habit -- it helps me while there is no body around (i.e. i am in Cab). Otherwise if somebody is around, I can persuade him to argue. These days I have started treating people so that I can argue with them while he is eating. In case you are thinking about *why not she*. It's generally hard to get girls who can argue. Because arguing requires very critical thing called *brain*. Well I am not saying that girls do not have brain but instead they do not know that it needs or can be used (kind of kanjoos).

In case you are wondering why do I write so much. Well it's because right now I do not have anyone to argue with me and also it's fun arguing with on web -- mostly because I can argue as idiotic possible and he/she can not hit me. I really thank Von-neuman for not including slapping hand in computer architecture. Because if it was then people cud have developed viruses to remotely hit me using my own computers hand. And also, all these web companies wud have started giving aids *easy hitting service for $0". So finally you got the reason abt *why I write blog *.

Btw, thanks for reading my arguments (or more specifically arguing with me) and hitting me and also not asking me for a treat. Well today I got to argue with you for free without listening to you. Otherwise in real life you have to listen to other's boring arguments to make them listen you. I generally hate that.

*generally trackless minds are more creative and tracking mind kills it's creativity*

Today I am feeling jealous of my money

I sometimes feel so jealous of money and my job mostly because most of people ask first about what salary I get and where I work and all & nobody ask about me. I mean they never care about me or rather give less importance to my other things. In fact my external image is mostly shaped by money, looks and job. It makes me really dejected that nobody loves me – everybody loves my money & job and all. I used to think my mom loves me because I am decent and all so I asked her and she said that she loves me because I have done so much & also because I am her son etc. But she did not say that I am decent – in fact nobody says so. I did not tell her anything but I cried that night. I mean I work for company because they think I am smart.

What’s point in living if nobody loves you? I used to think abt it so much but now I got used to it. Some people call it becoming practical –and that’s why I hate being practical. It makes you emotionless idiot – I do not want to be that. I agree that I also care abt money and all but I do not know *how I became that* I was not that bad as a kid. I like money & doing good job because that’s way you contribute to world and you become good but because of money people do not give importance to people. I mean people treat each other like commodities and I hate that. btw, I have not got good money or good job though but ..

For example, I give gifts to people that relate to somebody’s nature and my relationship with people and all but then when I ask them “what did they like most?” and bingo I always get answer it’s so expansive or looks cool and that makes me nervous because I got gift because I cared abt them emotionally and for me selecting a gift was giving lot’s of time, imagination and real hard work in buying it; and not that damn money. I think that’s why people discovered *gift cards*. And they better be with it because that’s what they want. But I do not want to give up like this. I still love my small gifts that my mom used to give to me. And yeah my uncle was very good & one aunt was good – but I do not talk to her more because my family does not want me. God!! how many times will I kill my heart.

I like reading and watching about freedom fighter because people fought for their country in their own specific way like giving their time, family, life, blood, writing posts and everything and also money. But it was not just money fighting but instead they themselves.

But whenever I do things emotionally they do not work, I mess up people’s life & mine. But I duno how does that happen. You know sometimes I talk a lot on this with my friends and then I regret in night that I wasted my good friend’s time. Anyways now I am going to sleep good bye. I am not good but I was and I would like to be. This line helps me remove my sins from my mind. Sorry abt wasting your time.

7. You are my number one -- Kurt Cobain, Crash Movie, Warren Buffet, Catcher in the Rye

Idiot's advocate

Why do you think your life is not fully waste ?
Because you are useful for Indian tax department. so as long as you pay taxes your life is not fully waste.

Why are you too sympathetic about chimpanzees in zoo ?
It's because that we are evolved form of chimpanzees and we are keeping them in zoo.
same way even our evolved species will keep us in zoo :) and they might put us with lion and that's quite scary.

What is ur favorite place to live ?
I would like to live in space ship because I am sick of idiot people and in spaceship I wud not feel people-sick.

any idea abt why ppl created God ?
It's because human being think that they are very smart and can explain any situation.
But they cud not explain many things (like their own existence which was btw matter of chance) so they created God to explain anything -- but now they can not explain God itself.

Why is fearing from death a crime in India ?
because fearing from death can cause heart attack and by that you will end up killing yourself or in other words suicide. And suicide is crime in India.

Why do you think suicide is crime in India ?
Because you are reducing manpower which is India's biggest competitive advantage.

Do you like technical interviews ?
Yes, being a non-celebrity I have option of giving only technical interviews. But I like giving others so I publish them.

Why do you think smoking is worshiping God ?
because in smoking you take smoke to your lungs which are near heart. and and in our tradition we lit agarbatti that smokes God. We also believe that God lives in our heart. Hence taking smoke near heart (smoking cigar..) is worshiping God.

What do you hate about computers ?
They ask for confirmation while doing something expected & no confirmation while doing something unexpected. And also they do not have sense of humor, I mean telling jokes is big
part of our personality & that differentiates people from each other.

What's unique about girls ?
some have brains and some b**bs but with both are very uncommon.

Why do you want to be called Idiot ?
Because that's one thing I can always be without any effort.
Well that applies to anyone but you have to be courageous in accepting it & I am very daring.

What's most reliable source of power in India ?
Blabbering house-wives. You need to invent transducer that can be attached to their mouth and that will produce power and also reduce sound pollution. btw, this is very applicable to me :p

Why do you like destruction ?

Because construction without destruction will cause saturation. So being futuristic I prefer destruction to contribute.

  • Whenever I used to get electric shock, I used to retouch things to see where it came from.
  • Till 10th standard, I used to get surprised that “how can small radio have so many singers inside it”. What do they eat and all. And I had big fight with my school teacher when she explained actual functioning of radio :)
  • I used to think that what will happen when all oxygen will be used in breathing & also how will I breath while asleep.
  • I was so scared of crackers that my mom used to do them for me J but now I am cracker master. I used to like sparklers a lot (and even today).
  • I used to like stars a lot and wanted to become a star and used to hate moon because it will take away all cute little stars
  • I loved trains too much -- I had full toy train trek network in my house (even till first year of my BE)
  • I never drink hot tea or coffee fully. I mean I drink them so slowly that half I drink as hot coffee and remaining as cold coffee.
  • I can explain algorithms to people in dream J that’s crazy
  • I do not believe in ghost -- because if I do then I will get scared
  • often I get feeling that I am totally useless but then I console myself by thinking that I am at least useful for Indian tax department.
  • I like cartoons & apart from that many people say that I am myself a big cartoon :)
  • I dream of opening a silly institute where ppl will be trained for making silly jokes.
  • I like dreaming except when I need to eat.

Real life roller coaster (road's of b'lore)

I am currently living in b’lore and I live 7kms from my office so roads of Bangalore are very critical part of my life. Being from north India they remind me of jalebi’s. For the people who do not know jalebi’s. It’s very calligraphic sweet & mostly invented by the drunken halwais’. Because Jalebi is only sweet that you can make after getting drunk.

Jelebi is so flexible in design that anything sweet can be called a Jalebi.

Well going back on describing roads. The roads of B’lore are so calligraphic that I really get surprised that they take me somewhere. Btw, this phenomenon is very common with roads in hill stations. You travel for 30 kms and then realize that origin is just above you. I feel gliding can be better mode of transportation in such places.

One good point of Bangalore roads is that there are infinite ways to go from one place (one is always via glamorous MG Road and tumultuous Majestic). So you never find driving monotonous. In fact it’s even more improved by suspense element added by people turning bikes from middle of the road. People say that road surface area of B’lore is larger compared to that of roads in metros but still unfortunately we face serious traffic problems in Bangalore. There are too many roads but they are not wide. I sometimes think it might be because ancient b’lore did not have concept of main roads so there were many streets and later they renamed them as main roads. Well renaming brings me to other point; all roads of b’lore have many names. I feel first roads were named after British people but after independence Indian politicians also wanted roads on their names but due to lack of funds they could not construct any so they started renaming all old roads on their names (hard to speak names). I feel hard to speaks names are better than names like Pappu road or Tinku road. And last but not least, sometimes roads of b'lore are so bumpy that while driving you feel like going on roller coaster ride. I feel there are so many natural potholes that control speed enough (which btw never goes above 40) that there is no need of speed breakers on road. In mind speed breakers have only one role "improve roller coaster ride experience of driving"

Ooops, I should not forget to talk about biggest dwellers of the B’lore roads auto rickshaws that outnumber any other species dwelling on the road by huge margin. Ideally one blog would not be sufficient for telling their weird demands but still in reader’s interest, I would write just one page. In-case if you are an autowala then I offer deep apology from deep down my heart. In fact I think that autowalas are weird enough to contribute to Ripley’s collection. To start with their personality, all autowalas believe that they are doing a favor to the people so they always ask more money for going anywhere. Depending upon the destination they might charge double and sometimes blindly ask for some percentage of your pay package or for round trip. If you are going to some remote place they would ask money for way back because of remote possibility of not getting any customer in the remote place. They never thanked me for taking me out to serene place out of tumultuous B’lore. And if you are going to some popular place (that autowalas prefer to call crowded & polluted place) then they will ask extra money for tolerating some obscene pollution caused by the errand people blocking their auto’s way.

Btw, I still thank them for letting me in auto; mostly because there are other kinds of autowalas that will not even let you in their auto. I remember my days when I used to live in Bannergatta road and I used to ask them to take me to someplace and they used to always look at my face and drive away. Initially I used to think that it’s problem with my ugly face or maybe I look like a terrorist or something but then I got used to it. And I started asking them about where are they planning to go and can they give me a lift (for good bribe) to that destination. Btw, getting free lift from common people was easier compared to getting costly lift from autowalas.

At last I would still like to thank all autowalas for entertaining me and obviously for giving me lift for some place in their preplanned itinerary. Here is the funny explanation for my entertainment thanks to them. I used to get frustrated by them in initial months of b’lore but later I realized that it’s always the case. So then I started to take auto trips as fun and adventure trips. It also improved my penny level money negotiation skills. I also thank them for adding suspense in my life (otherwise life of software engineers becomes very monotonous). Usually common suspense used to come from them asking me for my salary share for dropping me to some place in their itinerary. And uncommon suspense from some autowalas easily agreeing for normal fare but last type of suspense was historical (or some people call it rare).

It's better to burnout than fade away (story of Indian Cricket team)

Since everybody in India is burning with cricket fever, I think its good time to generate some food for fun to cool them downJ . I feel, India loosing match was equal fun or rather more fun & consistent with past. I mean they might have lost anyways but after wasting some more time or winning would have been even more surprising; I feel even many Indian team players would have got surprised. In general people say grand failure is better than lousy success because what’s charm without word *grand*.
Many companies felt that they lost golden opportunity to advertise their crapy products. I feel the opportunity is still there, but it’s shifted from sports channels to news channels. I mean people are watching news channels more instead of sports channels.
In fact the BCCI should ask money from news channel for generating such spicy news. And news channels will also do not require looking out for real news so it’s good for them. In fact they might pay more money than match fixers to Indian cricket for loosing cricket matches in stylish manner.
Sometimes these news channels suggest very serious but funny ideas. On one of news channel anchor suggested why not give variable salaries to players. But I am not sure about at what level. Well one extreme would to be to pay X amount for scoring a run and taking back Y amount for one dot ball and not paying anything after scoring 100runs (centuries are for personal record). And same can be extended to catches and bolls. Or BCCI might like to keep one empire to score match fees for very players. I feel this way many players might end up paying BCCI more that what they would earn & so this will be another revenue source for BCCI. You might be surprised that why will players play for nothing. Well answer lies in advertisements: p

Indian cricket players/stars keep going and coming in limelight so often that it’s very costly for advertising companies to create aids than paying money to sports channel.
I think they should make general advertisements that apply to any player and just stick the photos of players in the background & replace just photos as required. That way they might save lots of money & also that way they can show players aid on the day he is star.
This assuming Indian players are starts for a day or so.

I am very sympathetic about captain of Indian team who is after all responsible for random performers. I mean performance of our team players varies so much that any strategy would fail. Or so to say outcome of any consistent planning applied on random variables will also be random. So from that point of view captain is responsible for random variables (hardest job on earth). Looking at captain’s current face & condition many people would be thanking GOD that they are not captain of Indian team. You also need to be quite daring and adventurous to be part of Indian cricket team. I mean consistently loosing so many matches but still keep coming in public. They are also very good action players, I mean hitting sixes and fours. Honestly speaking Indians care more about action in cricket (six and fours) than winning the match. I also feel that Indian players are so good at giving surprises and used to get surprised (from their co-players) that they can easily direct mind blowing suspense movies. At last, Indian team players are not that random; I mean if one plays bad all play bad; so there is at least one consistency. So from that point of view captain can always plan quick departure and grand loss to generate spicy news and save people’s time & also their own time to do make them ready for aids. Other good point of Indian cricket is that it provides two types of job opportunities, first, a player with cricket team (very difficult and adventurous) second as a criticizer with news channels (very easy and safe). If you do not know how to play cricket but you like to analyze (or mostly criticize it) philosophically. You will always be safe as cricket criticizer because of timely & consistent loosing of Indian team. Most important, for being cricket criticizer you need to be a philosopher not a cricket expert. You should not have any good feeling for players.

Disclaimer One:
This piece of text is all my imagination (obviously enhanced by Indian cricket team’s surprises & adventures). It’s pure fiction & if you still feel nervous after reading then it’s because of your under confidence in our National Indian Team. I am really sad about that.

Disclaimer Two:
I feel we should take cricket as a game not on our egos. And we should not take winning or losing on ego and that will solve many problems. We should not expect too much from our player & they are all human and humans do mistakes. I personally do more mistakes than being correct. I really feel so bad about stressed Indian team players. I watched match till 3AM in night but then we lost but I never said anything bad about our team players. I am sorry for hurting anyone’s feelings. Hope you had some fun. Best of luck to our Indian team for coming matches. This was not fiction.

In My Way

There are only two important things to do in a plan. and first one is to guess what's second.

Execution in My way:
1. Try to optimize for few things in any execution. I think 80% of any goal is affected by 20% of points. Generally it’s useful to optimize for just 20% and leave rest alone.
2. It’s all about doing better in current situation. There is no ideal world.
3. Use your strong points and avoid weaknesses.
4. It’s about doing it now
5. Just follow top two points J

Planning in my way
1. Do telescopic planning & basically do not make detailed plan of far away things.
2. Don’t plan for things you do not plan to execute.
3. Planning is all about enumerating many and then selecting 20% to execute
4. Do not leave the big picture & keep your opponents and your strengths weakness in mind.

Life in my way
1. Enjoy it before it melts
2. Think today is the best day
3. Do not spoil today for better tomorrow
4. It’s about moments you remember not breaths

follow KISS principle if not give me call -- an idiot

pretending like socrates in devils advocate

Today I feel like giving an interview to myself

1. What do you say about life?
Take it as a game & it might become fun. Do not seriously screw it by being serious about it.

2. What’s biggest learning of life?
It’s all in your mind so never hope that it will get better. That’s why I call it illusion or a dream. So for better life you need to dream better.

4. What’s more important to improve relationship with others?
Take people as package of certain qualities out of which you might like some and dislike some. Do not speculate them to be like you. That’s common mistake I do.

5. What’s difference between bad & good?
It’s just a perception for every bad you can get even worse. So every bad is good compared about others.

6. What’s biggest compromise you made?
Myself, I feel biggest turning point and compromise was me & rest compromises were outcome of it.

7. Why am I so thankful to God?
We are living where people care about others mind not race.

8. What do you say about friendship?
Its purest relationship I have been in. I mean we do not make friends because he/she is rich or intelligent. We just make them because we like them for no reason. At least, I make friends for no selfish reason.

9. Do you like uncertainties?
Yes, they make life a suspense movie & I like real life suspense.

10. When do you feel really surprised & helpless?
Many times I help and talk to people for no selfish reason but later on they think that I was dump or doing for a selfish reason. Due to this, I have become very bad (selfish).

11. What else you dislike about people?
I hate hypocrisy. You see people loving there children & loved ones but it all goes to zero for others. I mean people can even strangle others children for their own children. It’s because people give more value to pre-stablish relationship than humanity relationship or individual.

12. What’s good about people?
Everyone is loves someone and is good to someone but medium might be very different for everyone. People are generally good but you need to understand them.

13. What do you say about perception?
It’s only thing that matters & it keeps evolving. I had better (innocent) perception of world but now I have more practical perception.

14. Do you believe in God?
Yes, but I wish God was even better. I see so many people suffering and I feel god should help them.

15. What makes you most happy?
When I meet people who help others for no selfish reason & not because of any relationship but because we are all human. I would like to live with them.

16. What’s biggest fear?
I fear from age. I am 25 and will turn 26 in 2 months. That really scares me. I wanted to die early (may be when I turn 30). But I would like to live more if I given chance to live with good people.

17. What do you regret most?
I changed myself a lot to be practical. I feel I was too good & honest as a child.
When I was a child I had a dream but I feel that I am not that dream.

18. Who was answering the questions?
It was a fiction character that I want to be.

19. Who was taking interview ?
It was you :P. Yeah I feel reading is also kind on interviewing (without choice of question).
